Cancellation and Refund Policy for LMS

1. Cancellation Policy:

1.1 Users may cancel their subscription at any time through the account settings page.

1.2 Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. Access to the LMS will continue until the end of the paid period.

1.3 We do not offer prorated refunds for partial months or unused services.

2. Refund Policy:

2.1 Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase for first-time subscribers if the user is not satisfied with the service.

2.2 To request a refund, users must contact our support team through the help center or via email at support@example.com.

2.3 Refund requests must include the reason for cancellation and any relevant account information.

2.4 If approved, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days and will be credited back to the original payment method.

3. Exceptions:

3.1 We do not offer refunds for renewals, upgrades, or any promotional offers.

3.2 Refunds will not be granted if the user is found to have violated our terms of service.
